If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

As each item is made to order we do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes ordered or change of mind. Please ensure you check the sizing information, size guide and product description before placing your order. 

If you received a damaged or defective item you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and identifying the issue. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email; and a description of the damage or defect, along with your email address and phone number. 

If the item is found to be faulty we will refund the return postage costs and replace the item. Please pack the item(s) securely and return it in a Poslaju bag with tracking. Please also ensure you keep the Poslaju receipt as proof of postage.

We do not offer refunds on any individual pieces or orders.
